Service Policy

Any item purchased through Soundscape may be returned (prepaid by you) directly to us for repair. We will repair or replace (at our option) and return the unit (prepaid by us, within the United States) to you.

At your option, you may have the unit serviced locally by any factory authorized service location or ship the unit directly to the manufacturer.

All service requests must include a copy of the original sales receipt along with the unit properly packed and insured for shipping.

EXPORT INFORMATION: All products carry manufacturer's U.S. warranties and are not intended for export. Should service be required some manufacturers may not authorized warranty repairs outside the United States. Soundscape takes no responsibility should warranty service be denied.

Monday - Friday 11am to 7pm Pacific Time
Saturday 12pm to 5pm.
We are closed on Sunday!
