WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES
We want you to be happy with everything you order from us. Therefore, we give you 10 days from receipt to return any item for any reason. You will receive, your choice of a full refund minus the cost of shipping and handling if applicable or a replacement*. To return an item, call us or write us - give us the reason for your return, and receive a "Return Authorization Approval Code" from us along with mailing instructions. The item must be in original packing, in new condition (no scratches, nicks or dents) and must include all accessories. You are responsible for freight, insurance and any damage to the unit in transit. Special Order Items are subject to a restocking fee of 25%. You will be held responsible for items returned damaged by misuse or negligence on your part. Items returned missing any of the original packaging or contents will be subject to additional charges depending upon reasonable cost of replacement and handling. Up to a 15% charge may be assessed for any missing packaging or failure to follow return procedures. Damaged or abused items will not be accepted
Returns due to damage during shipping may be handled somewhat differently. So it is important that you notify us immediately upon receipt of shipment. We ship all equipment insured by the carrier. Should a shipment arrive damaged or missing a claim must be filled with the shipping company upon receipt.
All new or refurbished products come with the manufacturer's warranties. Please refer to these warranties as to length of time, instructions for returning, etc.
Products returned without authorization will be at your own risk. Returned items must be returned at your expense and must be insured.

REPLACEMENT WILL BE A COMPARABLE ITEM OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE.
